Ministry of Transportation and Civil Aviation
The Ministry of Transportation and Civil Aviation, responsible for transportation and related services within the country, provides various services for the public. It is the Ministry’s responsibility to ensure the preservation of the safety, mobility and functionality of Central African Republic’s provincial transportation system.
As Ministry of Transportation in charge and responsible for the implementation of road safety policies on all matters concerning vehicle and driver license with an objective of increasing road safety, improving the skills of drivers and all related entities and enhancing the level and quality of services, we are providing mainly four services for the public. The services are Vehicle Registration, Driving License, Transport Authorization and Certificate of Capacity.
To benefit from the services, the citizen or the resident must submit a request to the concerned department by accompanying it with justifying documents to prove the validity of their documents. Driving License Services
This service enables citizens and residents in Central African Republic to issue new driving licenses of different categories. Applicants, who passed their driving tests, can apply for a new driving license by filling the specified application form and accompanying it with the supporting documents.

Vehicle Registration Services
This service enables individuals and organizations in the Central African Republic to license their newly purchased vehicles (that were not registered in the country before) and acquire license plates, registration cards, and vehicle identification windshield stickers.

Transport Authorization Services
This service enables individuals in Central African Republic to obtain new Transport Authorization cards. Applicants, who have their vehicle registrations and have obtained the needed official documents issued by the government (The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation) in Central Africa authorizing for them a ‘transport authorization card’ can apply for a new Transport Authorization by filling the specified application form and accompanying it with the supporting documents.

Certificate of Capacity Services
This service enables individuals in Central African Republic to obtain new Certificate of Capacity cards. Applicants, who have their driving licenses, can apply for a new Certificate of Capacity by filling the specified application form and accompanying it with the supporting documents.
